Wyoming Family Alliance

The People & Mission Behind Wyoming Family Alliance

Wyoming Family Alliance exists to help citizens, families, and communities across Wyoming engage thoughtfully and confidently in public policy, civic education, and legislative advocacy grounded in faith, family, and constitutional principles.

Wyoming Leadership Built Through Public Service

Wyoming Family Alliance was shaped by leaders with firsthand experience navigating Wyoming's legislative process, public policy discussions, and statewide civic engagement efforts. President and CEO Nathan Winters previously served in the Wyoming Legislature, bringing committee experience, policy knowledge, and direct familiarity with the issues affecting families and communities across the state. In 2022, the organization transitioned from Family Policy Alliance of Wyoming to Wyoming Family Alliance, reinforcing a stronger Wyoming-centered identity while continuing its long-standing mission of family-focused public engagement and advocacy. Today, the organization continues serving citizens from its Cheyenne office near the Wyoming State Capitol while supporting individuals and families throughout Wyoming with educational resources, legislative tools, and opportunities for civic involvement.

Transparent Organizational Structure

Nonprofit and advocacy structures can feel unclear without straightforward explanations of how entities operate.
