Kari Cline

Legislative Strategy Manager

Kari Cline is a Wyoming native and takes great pride in working to make Wyoming a great state for families.


She has experience in non-profit and association management, event planning, and government relations. She has led multiple organizations in implementing new programs, membership recruitment, and organizational sustainability. She has been a registered Wyoming Lobbyist for over twenty years.


After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, and prior to her work in non-profit and association management, she was an Environment Chemist and Quality Assurance Manager in both the private and public sectors. Her transition to association management and working in advocacy came out of a personal desire to utilize her strong organizational and relationship management skills. She is currently a member of the Wyoming Society of Association Executives, the International Association of Optometric Executives, and the Capitol Club.


Kari lives in Cheyenne and enjoys outdoor activities, such as golf, reading, pickleball, and spending time with her grown children.
